I started my Real Estate career in 1990 with Royal LePage for 1.5 years and then with RE/MAX for 14 years so I know both sides of the business models. In 2005 I decided to try the discount commission business model and ever since then I've been working at perfecting and fine tuning it for the best results and savings. By literally SELLING thousands of homes over the past 34+ years I can assure you that I'm offering the best home selling deal in town. You get the same effective real estate marketing results without being charged an excessively high real estate commission.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...


You have worked hard to build your equity and you deserve to keep as much of it as you can! You sacrificed to save your down payment. You made mortgage payments which mostly went to interest and little to pay down your principal. Now you're looking to capitalize on your investment.


I offer comprehensive real estate services starting as low as $9,950 in total commissions. If you have a home over $900,000, my commission is only 1% plus $950. The $950 covers the typical disbursement costs of marketing and selling your home and the rest is split between myself and the Buyer's agent. If you would prefer to pay more to the buyers agent, no problem, unlike other brokerages, increases in commission for the Buyer's agent is entirely optional, it's your choice.


Rest assured that despite the lower commission, you'll receive the same level of service as you would with any other agent. I'll help you determine the appropriate listing price and list your home on the local real estate board MLS® system, so your listing appears on popular sites like realtor.ca and hundreds of other MLS sites.
